4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Fat Backs & Big Racks LLC is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after the mail carrier marks them as delivered. However, if your custom merch arrives misprinted, broken, or damaged, please email us within [30] days at fatbacksbigracks@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue so we can have a free replacement printed and sent to you right away.
